Room 16 is our Studio Apartment space, offering smaller loft style open-plan living.
Perfect for single travellers, or 1-2 night stopovers, where you find yourself exploring the City more than staying in.
This characterful space still houses everything you’ll need, including one of our signature Super King beds, a 2 seater sofa, and a Smart TV. The small kitchenette includes sink, fridge, kettle, toaster, & 2 zone stove top, as well as complimentary teas, coffees and milk to set you up.
The full size en-suite in this apartment includes a walk-in waterfall shower, heated towel radiator, underfloor heating, a demister mirror, and designer washbasin. Complete with toiletries from our favourite Organic skincare brand, Harvest.
Please note, this apartment is set on the back side of the building, so does not have city views.

Deluxe super king size bed for the ultimate stretch, boutique Silk pillows and Roberts radio.
Please note, the bed in this apartment cannot be split.

Open-plan living area includes: 2 Seater sofa and Smart TV. Fridge, sink, 2 ring stove top, toaster, kettle, pans, cutlery, plates, mugs and glasses.
Plus a selection of complimentary teas and locally brewed filter coffee.
Please note there is no dining area.

Spacious shower, sink and WC.
Complimentary organic hand wash, body wash & shampoo by Harvest Skincare. Underfloor heating, and heated towel rail.
